CFA Level 1 sessions run 135 minutes each; Level 2 runs 132 minutes, and Level 3 will run 132 minutes when it launches, matching the real exam’s session structure. CAT mocks run the full 120 minutes as three locked 40-minute sections (VARC, DILR, QA) with automatic advancement, exactly like the real CAT.
Only within the rules in our Refund Policy: a key that has never been activated is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of payment, and a key is refunded in full if the software cannot run on a supported, up-to-date Windows system and support cannot fix it within 14 days of your report. Once a key is activated and the content is accessible, it is generally not refundable. A general change of mind after activation is not a refund reason.
